We invite faculty members, researchers, scientists, and students to contribute their work in the form of abstracts or full papers under the broad theme of AI for sustainability.
Papers which have been accepted through the peer review process will be considered for presentation and for:
Types of Submissions: Participants may submit either an abstract (300β500 words) or a full-length paper (up to 6,000 words).
Formatting Guidelines: All full paper submissions must follow a standard academic structure:
Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s)
Abstract and Keywords
Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion
References
Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12 pt, Line spacing: 1.5, Margin: 1 inch on all sides
File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF (.pdf)
Theme Relevance: Submissions should align with one or more of the official conference themes listed on the website.
Originality: All submissions must be original, unpublished work and free of plagiarism.
Authorship & Certification: Co-authored papers are welcome. However, certificates will be issued to the first author only.
βοΈ All submitted full papers will undergo a rigorous double-layered review process by a panel of subject-matter experts to ensure quality, relevance, and originality.
βοΈ Only selected works will be featured in the official conference proceedings and considered for awards.
